How would you describe your current role to a HR outsider?

For the past 2 years serve DANA Indonesia in Learning and Enrichment. I help to create learning trails, learning journey, and learning development programs. I also handle for staff engagement - so not only in a "serious" type of learning but also "fun" learning. I develop potential talent within our organization and I work closely with all of my users across all division time to time - to check their current needs and to support any kinds of development.

What is a common misconception about the work you do?

HR is the one stop solutions for all problems within organization.

How did you get started in your HR career?

I started my career as HR since the beginning of the journey to be specific as People Development and starting career as HRBP across industries such as FMCG, Manufacture, Multi-Finance, Agriculture, and currently in startup Fintech Industry.

Describe the most impactful HR project you've personally worked on.

In my current organization - I almost make every program from scratch. Starting from internalizing the culture, the engagement within inter-division and intra-division, and make sure every initiatives onboarded very well. The steps are starting from ideation process, pitching your ideas to the stakeholders including the executives level, and try to persuade them with all the impact that will occur with all the programs that I execute.

What is one HR/future of work trend or change you're not convinced will work for SEA startups?

Eliminate hybrid working arrangements, high tolerance for ambiguity by working in agile environment. Even in Startups - it is always better to have clear visions and strategical actions and not using "Startup" Phase as an excuse to rapidly change without clear call to actions.

What is one HR/future of work trend or change that you hope to see more of at SEA startups?

Develop the right people, internalized the same value across all employee so they can run together.

Lastly, where are you based, and where would you take friends visiting your city for the first time? 

Based in Jakarta - Im thinking one of the area in North Jakarta - full of food and hangout places.
