FAQs

How do I get started as a member?

Head on over here to submit an application which will help us understand your current goals. At the end of your application, you will be prompted to enter your payment details which will secure your spot as a member. 

You can choose to pay month by month, or 3 months at a time which offers you a 17% discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

When does my subscription renew?

Depending on your payment plan, your subscription will renew on the same date as your first payment (either monthly or every 3 months). Your credit card that you signed up with will be automatically charged on this date.

Do you offer bigger discounts for longer term plans?

Not yet. We currently recommend the 3-month plan for a 17% discount off our monthly price. If you would like to stay updated about new plans that emerge, make sure to subscribe to our community newsletter.

Can I freeze my membership if I get busy?

We are able to freeze your membership in the event of major illness, extended travel and special circumstances. Please let us know by sending an email to hello@newcampus.co, or connecting with us by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right corner. 

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can let us know by sending an email to hello@newcampus.co. You are advised to give us at least 2 weeks before your next billing date to process your cancellation in order to not get charged for an extra month.

Can I test out a class or event?

Yes, we have one-off tickets available for non-members for all of our classes and events. You can purchase one to try us out.

Can I ask my employer to sponsor my NewCampus membership?
Yes, many do. Here’s a template to help you get started. Or drop us a request to contact your boss/HR/L&D manager.
