FAQs

How do payments work?

Simply fill out the payment form and provide your card details to confirm your space. Your card will be charged immediately upon completion of purchase and you should receive a welcome email from us afterward with onboarding details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Does my subscription renew each month?

Yes, your membership will renew at the end of each month. We will automatically charge the card that you signed up with. Payment will be date with one month from your initial payment date.

What if I want to freeze my membership?

We are able to freeze your membership in the event of major illness, extended travel and special circumstances. Please let us know by sending an email to hello@newcampus.co or connecting with us by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right corner.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can let us know by sending an email to hello@newcampus.co. You are advised to give at least 2 weeks notice prior to your next billing date in order to not get charged for an extra month.

Why do you charge a membership fee?

Your membership fee covers the cost of designing world-class curriculum on cutting-edge skills and topics, as well as sourcing high-calibre speakers to deliver that knowledge and building the technology to enable our borderless, interactive formats.
