For the foreseeable future, all our classes and events are held online to safeguard our community. Classes are held over Zoom and links will be sent to you before the respective sessions.
Here's a summary of what to expect when you're at a class.

We have several memberships for different types of learners with diverse goals and aspirations. A membership will give you access to our exclusive events and community gatherings.

There are certain circumstances where our payment provider, Stripe, is unable to charge your account when your billing cycle refreshes.
For example, insufficient funds in your account can cause this error.
When that happens, you will receive a notification from Stripe. Payment should be processed promptly to retain your membership account.
A discretionary $10 penalty fee will be imposed when this occurs.
In the event that a refund has been granted, please allow 5-10 working days for the amount to be processed and returned to your account.
You will be charged a penalty fee if you:
Penalty fees imposed will be invoiced via Stripe to your membership account. Payment has to be made within 7 days, otherwise we reserve the right to refrain you from attending classes.
You are entitled to 3 freezes in a single calendar year. This allows you to put your membership on pause for when you’re away for an extended amount of time.
Typically, freezes last 1-2 months.
Please write in to us via the chatbox at the bottom right of this page to request a membership freeze at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid your next charge.
An email reminder will be sent to the colearner 2 days before the freeze ends. Before we reactivate your membership rights and credit card charge, we'd ask for confirmation that you'd like to unfreeze your NewCampus membership. Please reply to the email with a simple acknowledgement to reactivate your membership.
After which, your membership rights and your recurring monthly credit card charge will be reactivated.
Please follow these steps to cancel your membership with us:

To proceed with your cancellation, please fill up this exit form.
Upon completion, your membership will be cancelled within 2 working days, and your credit card will no longer be charged.

We'll appreciate if you could take 10 minutes to have a chat with us before you go, please find a time that suits you here. We'll love to learn about what we could have done better.

For founding members, do note that when you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to get back your original founding members pricing as it has been discontinued.
Possibility 1: The class is full.
Do write in to us via the chatbox at the bottom right of this page and we can add you to the waiting list. In the event that we receive a cancellation, we’ll add you to the class and send you a booking confirmation email to let you know. In the meantime, feel free to check out our other upcoming classes.
Possibility 2: The class is outside of your membership cycle.
Remote Members
Your membership cycle refreshes every month from the date you register. Thus, you may book classes that are within your membership cycle.
For example, say you signed up on 12 February, your membership cycle refreshes every 12th of the month. So, over the first month, you’ll not be able to book for classes on 14 March.
Lite Members
Your credit refreshes on the 1st of every month. So if you've booked a class for 16 November, your next credit will be refreshed on 1 Dec for you to book into your December session.
**Possibility 3: You've ran out of class credits for the month.**These are the number of class credits assigned to each type of membership package for each month:
The following are no longer offered:
One credit gives you access to one class.
Classes will start promptly at the time stipulated.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class had started, you will not be allowed to join in order to maintain the quality of the class and ensure minimal disruption for the rest of the colearners.
You will also be penalised for no show (refer to point 7).
If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you can log onto your account and cancel your booking up to 8 hours in advance, with no penalty.
If you want to cancel your booking less than 8 hours in advance, you will not be permitted to do so through your account. Instead, you can let us know by dropping us a note via the chatbox on the bottom right hand page of this page.
A warning will be issued for the first late cancellation. For every subsequent booking cancelled after 8 hours, a $10 penalty fee will be imposed.
In an event of an emergency, we will waive the penalty fee if you provide a Medical Certificate or proof of other official matters.
We understand that last minute changes can happen.
A warning email will be sent for your first no-show.
For any subsequent classes that you do not show up for, you will be penalised $15 and your credits will be fully refunded.
Of course! We love meeting new people.
As a member, we encourage you to to bring a friend or colleague for the class you attend.
To do this, you can reach out to us at hello@newcampus.co and let us know which class your friend would like to attend with you. You will need to provide us with their name and email address so that we can send them relevant emails.
