Distraction is your worst enemy if you are just starting out working from home. You are also more likely to be disengaged because of common issues like demotivation and disengagement due to social isolation. Being fully aware and conscious of what you are doing not only is fundamental for being productive but also helps your mental health.

This class will teach you some tricks on practising mindfulness and techniques to prevent stress from accumulating.

Akshita used to lead digital partnerships for Bain in APAC and is also an expert on design thinking and agile ways of working. In her role driving partnerships in the digital ecosystem, she is exposed to both the large companies being disrupted and the startups disrupting them. Akshita is passionate about helping companies transform while taking their employees on the transformation journey with them.

Prior to Bain, Akshita was the first advertising account manager for Facebook India managing strategic client relationships and building the India sales team. She has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
