Cultural Intelligence (CQ) refers to the skills and capabilities for individuals to navigate diverse cultural environments. With high CQ, you will be able to adjust to various cultural situations, become effective in your job performance and make an impact in your team and your organisation.
You will gain a greater understanding of:
1. Increased awareness of the effects of culture
2. Familiarise oneself with the Cultural Intelligence Framework
3. Commit to an action plan in developing one's Cultural Intelligence
