Integrating mindfulness in our busy schedules
Mindfulness training is not an intellectual exercise, but giving ourselves permission to undergo a lifelong journey of understanding our body, our mind and our place in the world, through the direct experience of self-awareness and observation. This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of mindfulness skills relevant to our world in the 21st Century, and explore effective ways of practicing and integrating mindfulness into our daily lives.
1. The difficulties we meet with are essentially rooted in attention issues.
2. The ability to turn your attention inwards is one of the most valuable skills you will learn to develop.
3. How to easily integrate moments of mindfulness into your day-to-day life.
A concise workshop designed to up-skill you within a hour and a half. There will group exercises, feedback sessions and case studies carefully curated for the experience.
