All through history, humans have had a need to tell their stories despite slight differences in the mode of delivery - Cave drawings to graffiti; poems to songs; books to movies - one thing that’s clear, is the fundamental need for us as a species to share our ideas and experiences. Communicating through storytelling allows us to transport audiences by influencing them to tap on their own imagination. In this session, we explore methods to build up a narrative for yourself that harnesses the powerful art of storytelling!

Vanessa is an Entrepreneur. More formally she is known as Program Director at Rainmaking where she works with corporates on future-proofing their businesses through building new ventures and working alongside startups with leading technology and business models. She is a strong believer of exploration and pushing boundaries - Through her work in innovation, she realises that passion through collaborations that sit at the crossroads between corporates and startups. Having previously been a startup founder herself, she has spent the last few years working closely with startups to help them grow and scale beyond borders.
