About this session
In today’s world, “connecting” typically means interacting with another person using some form of technology. Exchanging texts, likes, comments & shares leaves us feeling social, but what does our brain say? How much fulfillment & satisfaction does this social organ derive from these exchanges & what does it actually need for optimal health? In this workshop, we will explore what our brain’s deepest needs are & how we can use these to build strong & healthy relationships.
You will gain a greater understanding of:
1. Balancing our direct vs. digital connections is one of our most important tasks for the next decade
2. The brain can only develop to its fullest potential through caring, attentive and affectionate relationships
3. By following a few brain-based tips, we can consciously build up relationships that are more nurturing and fulfilling.
