About this session
In an era of pervasive tech-connectivity, a loneliness epidemic and great social and political upheaval, we are all searching for ways to maintain our humanity, re-connect with the people around us and develop daily practices that will shelter our mental health from the inevitable ups and downs. In this workshop, we’ll explore the importance of maintaining psychological flexibility, implementing positive psychology practices and raising our emotional intelligence to build up our resilience.
You will gain a greater understanding of:
1.Change is frequent and consistent.
2. Our technology use has a huge impact on how we feel, what we think and believe and how we relate.
3. The world of work is transforming, and the role technology is playing in this demands of us to reconnect with our deepest humanity.
