Stress is part of life. Not all stress is bad, some of it can be good and sometimes the only thing that makes the stress bad for our bodies is our mindset. Learning how to recognize stress, prevent burnout, and overall manage stress can help you lead a well balanced life.

3. Learn how to manage your mindset and make stress your friend
