Momo is a Comms + Interaction Design veteran with extensive hands-on experience in creation & optimization of digital platforms. Deep craft fluency across Digital Product Design, Experience Strategy, Capacity Building, and Design Thinking.
He leads projects and teams to uncover insights and opportunities to create innovative products, services, and experiences that truly matter to people. His portfolio features design/strategy/delivery work for a wide variety of industries including education technology, entertainment, travel, retail, consumer products, luxury, and mobility. Some of his past clients included Alibaba, Marriot, DBS Bank, Disney, Huawei, Lincoln, and Jaguar Land-Rover.
Momo is also an avid industry speaker with past appearances at TEDx, Campus, IxDC, UIUX Conf, and others. His writing has been featured in dozens of publications including The Huffington Post, Quartz, TIME, Thrive Global, and Readers Digest.
When he's not spreading beauty and magic among IDEO and our clients, he likes to host introvert-friendly networking dinners and argue with his son on which red is red.
