A life without stimulus would be incredibly dull and boring. A life with too much stimulus becomes unpleasant and tiring, and may ultimately damage your health or well-being. Too much stress can seriously interfere with your ability to perform effectively. The art of stress management keeps you at a level of stimulation that is healthy and enjoyable. This workshop will help you monitor and control stress so that you can operate at a level that is most comfortable for you.
By the end of this class you will be able to:
1. Understand the symptoms of stress and how to recognize it
2. Identify the causes of work-related stress problems and their remedies
3. Learn to guard against stress and developing antidotes
