Designing and implementing Change is about understanding people, yet the human element of it is the most overlooked through company transformations and the main reason why they fail (70% of them). During this workshop you will embark on a journey that will take you to the past first, then to understand your own readiness for change before exploring what makes all humans equal towards change and what makes them different. Then we will be ready to look at the future and start designing and implementing change improving massively our success. Guzman Gonzalez is currently the Go To Market Director APAC at Dentsu Aegis Network. He was previously the Senior Project Manager APAC at iProspect, where he consulted local market MDs on change and improved efficiencies, better ways of working, framework design and workflow management across APAC.
