Feedback is the oxygen that fuels the fire of learning, yet many people fear getting or giving feedback. Research shows that ineffective listening behaviours are the cause of a lack of empathy, engagement and influence when giving feedback. In this workshop, we learn about the four feedback personalities, and how to we can use neuroscience to overcome our fears of giving feedback.
