Demystify what behavioural insights are, what it means, and how companies are using it
Governments in Singapore and UK have used in their policies. A certain Donald Trump famously used it in his electoral strategy to influence votes in his favour. It's been controversial, one thing is for certain: Behavioural Insights is a powerful tool.
In this workshop, we demystify what behavioural insights is, behind all the hoo-ha. You will be introduced to the field of behavioural insights - what it is, what it encompasses, how companies (Uber, Facebook) and governments (UK, Singapore) have been using it.
1. What are behavioural insights and how can we apply them
2. A simple framework of commonly-used principles of behavioural insights
3. A systematic and structured method to identify target behaviours and change them
A concise workshop designed to up-skill you within a hour and a half. There will group exercises, feedback sessions and case studies carefully curated for the experience.

His love of behavioural science and psychology started when he was a teenager, when he read a book called "Predictably Irrational" by Dan Ariely. It exposed him to the beautifully paradoxical creatures that we all are - rational and irrational, sometimes wickedly brilliant yet sometimes also amazingly absentminded.
