Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is an extensively researched form of therapy and remains the most efficient approach to help people find ways of reducing stress, cope with relationships, and handle other life challenges.
In this workshop, we explore some CBT techniques to relate to both our negative thoughts and other people, as well as how we show up in our professional lives. In a time when our focus is frazzled and our attention is limited, this is perhaps the number one skill to master.
