Moving through life without being aware of our emotions is like walking around with our eyes closed; we feel things all the time but rarely stop to notice them and introspect, which leaves us feeling powerless. Being as affected as we are by technology nowadays, we can no longer afford not to get smart with our emotions. This workshop will help you learn to differentiate your emotions, understand where they come from, and discover ways of mastering them.
You will gain a greater understanding of:
1. Get half the job done by identifying your emotions.
2. Allowing yourself to feel difficult emotions to preserve your mental health in the long-run.
3. Developing practices that will help you master and choose how you want to feel.
