One of our basic needs is food. With increasing levels of pollution, the interest in food has increased. What we need today are sustainable, clean, healthy, cruelty-free food stuff. These terms should be associated with every food item that we eat during every meal.
This class will put a microscopic lens onto the food industry, with special emphasis on seafood, to study our food before we consume it. It will also provide deeper insights on clean, healthy, sustainable and cruelty-free food.
