Head Of Design at Tradecraft
After a 2-year tour of duty in Silicon Valley as a product designer, Norman realized the real bugs weren’t in software, but in people. Since then, he’s shifted from designing screens to designing learning experiences, and has trained high-schoolers to MBA’s, CEO’s, and VC’s. He is currently Head of Design at Tradecraft, where he helps smart people going through professional inflection points figure out what’s next while avoiding avoidable failures.
Before that, Norman created emotional intelligence trainings at MissionU and also facilitated Stanford Graduate School of Business’ flagship course on emotional intelligence, helped Facebook bring accessible vocational skills to millions of professionals around the world through online micro-courses, and taught authentic leadership to early-stage CEO’s through Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center.
