For the foreseeable future, all our classes and events are held online to safeguard our community. Classes are held over Zoom and links will be sent to you before the respective sessions.

We have several memberships for different types of learners with diverse goals and aspirations. A membership will give you access to our exclusive events and community gatherings.

There are certain circumstances where our payment provider, Stripe, is unable to charge your account when your billing cycle refreshes.
For example, insufficient funds in your account can cause this error.
When that happens, you will receive a notification from Stripe. Payment should be processed promptly to retain your membership account.
A discretionary $10 penalty fee will be imposed when this occurs.
In the event that a refund has been granted, please allow 5-10 working days for the amount to be processed and returned to your account.
As of March 2021, we no longer allow pausing of memberships. If you'd like to discontinue your membership, you can consider cancelling it and re-signing up at a time that works for you.
Do note that you cannot sign up to become a Lite Member if you have been a member or paid user with us before.
Please follow these steps to cancel your membership with us:

Upon completion, your membership will be cancelled within 2 working days, and your credit card will no longer be charged.
We'll appreciate if you could take 10 minutes to have a chat with us before you go, please find a time that suits you here. We'll love to learn about what we could have done better.

For founding members, do note that when you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to get back your original founding members pricing as it has been discontinued.
Classes will start promptly at the time stipulated.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class had started, you will not be allowed to join in order to maintain the quality of the class and ensure minimal disruption for the rest of the colearners.
You will also be penalised for no show.
If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you can log onto your account and cancel your booking up to 8 hours in advance, with no penalty.
If you want to cancel your booking less than 8 hours in advance, you will not be permitted to do so through your account. Instead, you can let us know by dropping us a note via the chatbox on the bottom right hand page of this page.
We understand that last minute changes can happen. You'll be sent an email for your first no-show with any penalty fees waived.
During a subsequent no-show,
Monthly Member: A penalty fee of S$10 may be charged to your account.
Lite Member: Your membership will be revoked.
Of course! We love meeting new people.
As a member, we encourage you to to bring a friend or colleague for the class you attend.
To do this, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which class your friend would like to attend with you. You will need to provide us with their name and email address so that we can send them relevant emails.
Most organisations are actually happy to support employees in learning initiatives, as long as you make that ask and they can see how it benefits your work. I'm sure they'll be impressed with your initiative too!
